NBCC credit is accepted by many state licensure boards, but acceptance varies by profession and state. Please confirm with your individual licensing board to ensure acceptance.

Yes. CE credit can only be awarded to participants who attend the entire live training session. Partial credit is not permitted under NBCC guidelines. 📌 If you miss part of the training, you can use the recording to catch up, but you will not be eligible for CE credit.

Participants must complete the post-training evaluation within 14 days of the training date in order to receive CE credit.

CE Certificates will be emailed to participants within 10–14 business days after the training, provided the full live session was attended and the evaluation was submitted.

We collect and review all evaluations to ensure our programming continues to meet NBCC’s quality standards. We also use your feedback to improve future offerings. Evaluation data is securely stored in compliance with NBCC recordkeeping policies.

We use a Pay What You Can model based on the honor system. This allows each participant to choose a pricing tier that aligns with their financial capacity. Regardless of the amount you choose, you will receive full access to the event, including any continuing education credits. Available Pricing Tiers: Reduced Rate: For students, interns, and clinicians experiencing financial hardship who would not be able to attend without this lower-cost option. We want to ensure financial barriers do not limit learning opportunities. Supported Rate: For clinicians with limited financial resources who can contribute more than the reduced rate. This tier helps cover event costs while keeping accessibility in mind. Sustaining Rate: For clinicians with moderate financial and economic resources who can contribute at a level that helps sustain the event and support fair compensation for facilitators and organizers. Pay-It-Forward Rate: For clinicians with financial privilege and the ability to contribute at a level that helps make this event more accessible for others. Your contribution allows us to offer lower-cost options and expand access to those in need.
