About the event

Description

Postpartum depression and anxiety don’t just affect the mind—they live in the body. For many new moms, traditional talk therapy alone isn’t enough to address the deep overwhelm, exhaustion, and dysregulation that can follow birth.

This training is designed to equip clinicians with trauma-focused, somatic, and nervous system-based tools to help postpartum clients move beyond survival mode and truly heal.

What This Workshop Covers

Through a body-centered, attachment-aware, and nervous system-informed lens, this workshop will explore:

●     Understanding postpartum depression and anxiety beyond cognition Why these conditions are deeply embodied experiences and how they manifest.
